We are looking for a bright, curious career driven Technical SEO Intern to help our team deliver its excellent campaigns effectively.

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical SEO  Intern at Savvy Marketing. The right candidate will be responsible for optimising, fixing errors on, and updating our portfolio of websites using a range of search engine tools and techniques such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Agency Analytics. This role involves working closely with the marketing team and communicating with clients. 

Skills Required

• Data obsessed with a high level of numeracy.
• Understanding HTML and WordPress.
• Basic website development experience is an advantage.
• A problem solver, particularly with technical issues.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Super-organised in personal and work life.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Google, SEMRush, Hubspot, or similar certifications are an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate – passed Standard Maths
• An IT, Technical, or Marketing or a Degree and a Marketing Qualification

This is a full-time 6-month contract position, mostly remote with occasional meetings in Cape Town. There is a potential for a permanent role.
